		<description><![CDATA[Very informative article. My 2012- 120 volt voltec charger was also always running very warm. It blew its fuse this weekend when it was reaching the mid-80&#039;s outdoors. The intertwined positive and neutral wires in the enclosure had apparently heated enough to dry and crack their insulation, likely arcing out between them. I&#039;m just going to replace the fuse and swap in 14 gauge plug leads... wish me luck!]]></description>
